We had some ‘cold’ to us days last week, so I enjoyed working on my embroidered heart, using new stitches learned. I’ve got to do some more to make the lines between flowers like in a crazy quilt, and add beads too. I really love working on this piece.

This is beautiful, I love the embroidered roses, must give that a go.
I think I see the feint lines that will turn it into a crazy look heart.
Are you going to do that?
What a good idea.
I have to thank you for introducing me to the needle tatting, I sent for a book and needle and am on my way, would never have know about it if it was not for reading your blog.
Can't find anywhere in uk that knows about it.

Hi I love your little heart. The stitching is gorgeous.
Pretty, especially the yellow flowerspray ;)
Briony ~ Thank you. Yes I am going to turn this into a crazy heart look with more stitches and beads along the faint lines. I've got to order the tatting book too, as I found it after I had ordered my needles. There are some you tube tutorials that I've watched too.
Shirley ~ Thank you. I have been having fun with this piece.
Marjolein ~ Thanks. I enjoyed making that yellow flower spray. I did the three larger roses first , then added the buds, leaves and finally the baby's breath.
Thank you all for stopping by and leaving your kind comments.

This is so pretty, FlowerLady! Love what you're creating.
My hands hurt just looking at it!! I picked up knitting this morning and made five minutes before I had to stop. I'm also beginning to think I may need glasses, too....I couldn't thread a needle yesterday. Oh the joys! :) Keep up the good work.... good for the soul.
Beautiful.
Wishing you a good weekend.
This is gorgeous! I really love it. Roses and hearts – what could be prettier! Beautiful detail, too.
Have a great weekend!
